This is a one-day workshop designed for people interested in learning how our bodies are manifestations and reflections of our mental and emotional habits and states. By integrating knowledge from the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the yogic system of the chakras, participants will discover how to work with the body to heal recurring mental and emotional issues and how to accept, acknowledge and celebrate the body for the wonder that it is! No previous experience or ability is required to participate in the Energy Anatomy Workshop.
