I’m Sarah Samantha Salcedo — a Soul Guidance Coach, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified Seraphim Blueprint Trainer, and a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor. I have also completed the 1-Year Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training with Dr. Gabor Maté, bringing a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to help uncover and release deep patterns held in the body, mind, and spirit.
I support conscious leaders, intuitive healers, and spiritual seekers in living with wholeness, clarity, and soulful authenticity through SparkSoul Coaching and holistic spiritual development. My mission is to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom, embody their truth, and lead their lives from a place of deep alignment and presence.
Over the past decade, my own journey of healing, study, and spiritual growth has led me to develop The SparkSoul Method—an integrative, trauma-informed, and heart-centered approach that blends:
🌿 The insight and strategic guidance of Executive Coaching.
🌿 The restorative and balancing power of Reiki and Energy Medicine.
🌿 The celestial attunement and alignment through Seraphim Blueprint.
🌿 The grounding embodiment of yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
🌿 The gentle yet powerful liberation offered through Compassionate Inquiry.
This multidimensional foundation allows me to meet each client and student exactly where they are, honoring both the psychology of transformation and the sacred nature of healing.

Experience Reiki with Acupuncture Detox and Guided Meditation. In this session, we enhance the benefits of Reiki by combining it with acupuncture—a time-honored practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine that helps restore the natural flow of the body’s life force energy along pathways known as meridians. In Sarah’s healing sessions, acupuncture detox is thoughtfully combined with Reiki to create a deeply restorative experience.
By using acupuncture to gently unblock and balance the body’s energy flow along meridian pathways—especially supporting liver function and detoxification—Sarah enhances the natural life force energy that Reiki channels.
